OPERATION
The spring-loaded ball is shifted by low pressure on port [3] allowing
free flow to port [2]. Pilot pressure on port [1] holds the ball closed,
blocking flow from ports [3] to [2] when the pilot pressure on port [1] is
half the pressure on port [3].
Reverse flow, [2] to [3], is blocked
