MV06-20 Manual Release Valve
DESCRIPTION
A thumb or cam-operated, screw-in, cartridge-style, two-way, normally-closed poppet-
type directional valve.
OPERATION
The MV06-20 blocks flow in the 2 to 1 flow path until a force applied by a cam is suffi-
cient to overcome a cumulative force from a bias spring and pressure. When the valve
is in a closed state, the ratio of areas between ports 1 and 2 is 30:1.

Internal Leakage: 5 drops/minute (0.25 ml/min.) at 3500 psi (241 bar)

69 bar (1000 psi): 7.3 kg. (16 lb.)
138 bar (2000 psi): 9.1 kg. (20 lb.)

Temperature: -40 to 100°C (-40 to 212°F) with Buna N seals;
-15 to 400°C (-26 to 204°F) with fluorocarbon seals;
-54 to 107°C (-65 to 225°F) with polyurethane seals
