FRRV12-41F Priority Flow Regulator . . .

DESCRIPTION

A screw-in, cartridge-style, multi-function valve which includes a ﬁ xed-compensated,

priority-type ﬂ ow regulator and an adjustable pressure relief valve in one cartridge.

OPERATION

The FRRV12-41F maintains a constant ﬂ ow rate from port ➂ regardless of load

pressure changes at priority port

➂ or bypass port ➁. When load pressure at ➂

reaches the setting of the relief valve, ﬂ ow is dumped over the relief at

➃.

The exit ﬂ ow from the relief can be connected to tank or to the bypass ﬂ ow.

Note: Back pressure at port

➃ is directly additive to the relief setting.

• Adjustments cannot be backed out of the valve.

• Relief valve adjustments prohibit relief valve spring from going solid.
