DIRECTIONAL VALVES
DESCRIPTION
A screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type, hydraulic cartridge valve.
OPERATION
In the neutral position, the PD16-S63 blocks fl ow at all ports. On remote pilot signal
at
➀, the valve shifts to allow fl ow between ports ➁ and ➂, and between ➃ and ➄.
The spring chamber is vented to the tank through port
➅. The vented spring chamber
allows the valve to be fully pressurized at ports
➀, ➁, ➂, ➃ and ➄ without affecting
required pilot pressure. Pressure at
➅ will affect required pilot pressure.
