Description
The new generation of smart sensors provides further relevant information in
addition to the regular process data. This is why dynamic, real-time
optimised and self-organising processes are supported, which optimises
availability and resource consumption and reduces costs.
The pressure transmitter series HPT1400S has been especially designed
for series use and in applications where space is very limited. As most of our
pressure transmitters, HPT1400S is based on a robust and long-life thin-film
sensor.
All of the parts in contact with the fluid (sensor and pressure connection) are
made of stainless steel and are welded together. This means, there are no
sealing points inside of the sensor. Leakage can therefore be excluded.
The transmitters are available in various pressure ranges. A basic accuracy
of ≤±0.5 %FS, combined with low temperature drift open up a wide range
of applications for HPT 1400S.
IO-Link is the communication between the sensor / actuator (IO-Link device)
and an IO-Link master based on a point-to-point interface. Process data,
parameters and diagnostic information from the pressure sensor can be
transmitted via the standard cable (SDCI Mode).
In addition, the HPT1400S offers a variety of smart additional information.
