Ordering Code
The valves are actuated by a miniaturised
DC-Motor with High-Rao planet gear instead
of the common proporonal solenoid.
A proporonal solenoid inuences the valve
output (pressure, ow, etc.) by variaon of the
solenoid current (and thus by variaon of the
solenoid force).
On our DC-Motor valves the motor rotaon
acts on a thread spindle.
This spindle inuences the tension of a spring
and so replaces the force of a proporonal
solenoid.
Integrated fail-safe funconality. Actual
adjustment stays constant even at cable break
and power failure.

FLUID TEAM offers a range of valves, which are
actuated by a miniaturised DC-Motor with High-Ratio
planet gear instead of the common proportional
solenoid. A proportional solenoid influences the valve
output (pressure, flow, etc.) by variation of the solenoid
current (and thus by variation of the solenoid force).
On our DC-Motor valves the motor rotation acts on a
thread spindle.
This spindle influences the tension of a spring and so
replaces the force of a proportional solenoid.
This technology allows electrically adjustable valves (3-
Way pressure control valves for instance).
