DESCRIPTION
10 size, 7/8-14 thread, “Delta” series, solenoid operated, 4 way 3 position, Motor Spool, proportional directional
valve.
OPERATION
EG-S4M, when de-energized, blocks ow at (2) and allows ow between (1), (3) and (4). When coil (S1) is
energized, ow is allowed from (3) to (4), and from (2) to (1). When coil (S2) is energized, ow is allowed from (3)
to (2), and from (4) to (1). Flow is proportional to the current applied to the coil. A compensator must be used to
create a pressure compensated ow control function.
