▶ ThecontroldevicesHM,HS5,HS5EandEOare
designedforuseintheopencircuit(A4VSO,A20VO,
A4VBO,A4VHO)orclosedcircuit(A4VSG,A4CSG,
A4VZA)dependingonthepump.
▶ Theprojectplanning,installationandcommissioningof
theaxialpistonunitrequirestheinvolvementofskilled
personnel.
▶ Beforeusingtheaxialpistonunit,pleasereadthe
correspondingoperatinginstructionscompletelyand
thoroughly.Ifnecessary,thiscanberequestedfrom
BoschRexroth.
▶ Beforenalizingyourdesign,requestabinding
installationdrawing.Ifyouneeda3Dinstallation
model,pleaseconsulttheresponsiblecontactperson
atBoschRexroth.

▶ Dependingonthetypeofcontrolused,electromag-
neticeffectscanbeproducedwhenusingsolenoids.
Useoftherecommendeddirectcurrent(DC)onthe
electromagnetdoesnotproduceanyelectromagnetic
interference(EMI)noristheelectromagnetinuenced
byEMI.Electromagneticinterference(EMI)potential
existswhenoperatingandcontrollingasolenoidwith
amodulateddirectcurrent(e.g.PWMsignal).
Themachinemanufacturershouldconductappropriate
testsandtakeappropriatemeasurestoensurethat
othercomponentsoroperators(e.g.withapacemaker)
arenotaffectedbythispotentiality.
▶ Pressurecut-off(hydraulicorelectronic)isnot
asufcientsafeguardagainstpressureoverload.
Apressurereliefvalveshouldthereforebeprovidedin
thehydraulicsystem.Observethetechnicallimitsof
thepressurereliefvalveshere.
▶ Fordrivesthatareoperatedforalongperiodoftime
withconstantrotationalspeed,thenaturalfrequency
ofthehydraulicsystemcanbestimulatedbythe
excitationfrequencyofthepump(rotationalspeed
frequency×9).Thiscanbepreventedwithsuitably
designedhydrauliclines.
▶ Forcontrollersrequiringexternalpilotpressure,
sufcientcontroluidmustbeprovidedtothe
associatedportstoensuretherequiredpilotpressures
fortherespectivecontrollerfunction.Thesecontrollers
aresubjecttoleakageduetotheirdesign.Anincrease
incontroluiddemandhastobeanticipatedoverthe
totaloperatingtime.Thedesignofthecontroluid
supplymustthusbesufcientlylarge.Ifthecontrol
uidistoolow,therespectivecontrollerfunctionmay
beimpairedandundesiredsystembehaviormayresult.
