Inlet
Fixed displacement pump,
For fixed displacement pumps the “302U” is used. The inlet section is equipped a three-way
compensator that also acts as a main relief in the pump line. The 302U can easily be converted to the
302S.
Load sense pump
For load sense pumps the “302S” can be used. The inlet section is equipped with a pilot operated
relief valve in the pump line. The 302S can easily be converted to the 302U.

Load sense pump or pressure compensated systems
For load sense or pressure compensated pump systems the 302N can be used. This inlet section is
equipped with only a relief valve in the main LS signal.
Constant pump with serial connection or high pressure carry over
To feed a secondary circuit the inlet plate “302R” is available, to be used with a fixed displacement
pump

Inlet options
Right next to the inlet section an optional function section can be mounted.This option section
includes ls-amplifier and anti-saturation. Pump unloading or proportional relief valves can also be
added.
Pump unloading and proportional relief
For the pump unloading function the load pressure signal from the control sections can be dumped
directly to tank. The electrical control is available in 12 VDC and 24 VDC with 2/2-way cartridge in
Normally open or normally closed configuration.
For remote proportional control of the maximum pressure of the valve block the electrical
proportional pressure relief is available in 12 VDC and 24 VDC.

Control section
Basic spool section “300F”
Thee spool section is the base of the APV-10 control section, it contains the 2-way compensator with
delta P adjustment, so the flow can be adjusted without using the stroke limitation. By mounting
end- and spring caps the control method is configured.

Control Spool
There are 2 basic control spools available, the A spool with all ports closed in neutral position and the
C spool with P closed and A en B to T in neutral position, with 20% of nominal opening to T.

Connection block ‘BL1
Available with port connections in ½” BSP, includes Lsa and Lsb adjustments and ‘Y’ ports on both LS
signals in1/8” BSP. Adjustable shock-anti cavitation valves can be mounted. The maximum operating
pressure of the valves is 350 Bar and maximum flow is 40 L/min. Different pressure setting ranges are
available, ZC-0220-020G: 101-170 Bar, ZC-0220-020V: 171-250 Bar and ZC-0220-020W: 251-350 Bar.

Tie rod kits
Tie rod kits are available to assemble a valve up to fifteen sections with the small endplate. Is the big
endplate used then the valve can be assembled until a maximum of fourteen valves. Please note that

Combinations
APV-10 combined with APV-22
The APV-10 van be combined with a APV-22. In this case the AP-2240-555PJ end plate is used. The
endplate has the function as endplate fort the APV-22, where the APV-10 spool sections can be
mounted to. The APV-10 side of this combination will be closed with an APV-10 end plate.

APV-10 with APV-16 combined
The APV-10 can be combined with the APV-16. In this configuration a combi-inlet plate is used.
Different combi-inlet plates are available for fixed displacement pumps, load sense pumps or
constant pressure networks.
Fixed displacement pump
In case of a combination with the APV-16 and the APV-10 and the use of a constant pump. The AP-
1610-555U is used. The inlet section is equipped with a main relief valve acting as three way
compensator. The load signal pressure is also regulated by the max. load pressure relief.

Load sense pump
For APV-10 and APV-16 combination and a Load Sense pump AP-1610-555 is used. The inlet section
is equipped with an overpressure safety function. The relief valve can be adjusted to max. pump line
pressure and the relief spool reduces the overpressure by relieving to tank.

Load sense pump
For load sense pumps the AP-1610-555N can be uses, the inlet plate has the function as inlet lock for
P, T, LS (load sense line). The load signal from the valve block can be limited up to 350 Bar with the
relief valve.
