Description

Die hydraulische 3-Wege-Weiche ist ein Logikventil und

arbeitet automatisch. Sie löst mit geringstem Aufwand

die Probleme langer Hydraulikleitungen, arbeitet als

Rücklaufentlastung oder als Eilgangventil.

Im allgemeinen Sprachgebrauch der Hydraulik wird die

3-Wege-Weiche auch als 3/2-Wegeventil bezeichnet, al-

lerdings ohne äußere Betätigungselemente.

Aus dem Titelbild ist der einfache Aufbau mit wenigen

Bauteilen erkennbar und die automatisch ablaufende

Eigensteuerung gut nachvollziehbar, die zwei Schaltstel-

lungen werden immer sicher erreicht.

The hydraulic three-way switch is a logic valve and ope-

rates automatically. With the least of effort it solves the

problems of long hydraulic lines, operates as backstop

relief or as a speed valve.

In general parlance in hydraulics, the three-way switch

is also referred to as a 3/2 directional valve, however

without external actuation elements.

The cover illustration displays understandably the simple

structure with a few component parts and the automatic

self-control. The two operating positions are always sa-

fely reached.

Funktionsweise

Operating principle

Ein Hauptmerkmal der 3-Wege-Weichen ist der große Öff-

nungsquerschnitt und die kurze Verbindung zwischen den

Anschlüssen A und T. Daraus resultieren die sehr geringen

Druckverluste bei Durchströmung (z.B. 3WW- HW 06: Δp

= 1 bar bei 40 l/min), was bei verschiedenen Schaltungs-

anordnungen vorteilhaft genutzt werden kann. Darüber

hinaus kann die eigengesteuerte 3/2-Funktion auch bei

anderen Problemstellungen zu sehr guten Lösungen füh-

ren.

BAUARTEN

Klassische Ausführung mit eigenem Gehäuse für den

Rohrleitungseinbau in den Nenngrößen HW 06 bis

HW 30.

Neuere Ausführung als Cartridge wurden für den Block-

einbau konzipiert. Bei entsprechender Gestaltung kann

auch eine direkte Integration z.B in Zylinderfuß oder

-kopf zu sehr raum- und gewichtssparenden Zylinderan-

trieben mit den vorgestellten Vorteilen führen.

GRUNDSCHALTUNGEN

BASIC CIRCUITS

A chief characteristic feature of the three-way switch is the

large cross-section of the opening and the short connection

between ports A and T, which results in the very low pressu-

re losses during the flow through (such as 3WW - NG 6: Δp

= 1 bar at 40 l/min.) which can be used beneficially in va-

rious switching arrangements. Moreover, the automatically

controlled 3/2 function may lead to very good solutions in

other set-up as well.

TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION

Classic design with own housing for the installation in

pipe systems in the nominal sizes of NG 6 to NG 30.

More recent constructions as cartridges have been desig-

ned for block installation. Given the appropriate design,

a direct integration in the cylinder barrel or head, for ex-

ample, may lead to very space and weight saving cylinder

drives with the advantages presented.
